The Medical College of Zhengzhou University used our company's extraction equipment to conduct an extraction experiment on the eriocitrin in sophora flowers.
According to the teacher, they use this set of equipment mainly to extract the eriocitrin from the sophora flower, in order to understand its medicinal value.
Test materials:
Sophora flowers 100g, methanol 200ml, one set homogenizers (flash extractor apparatus), one set multi-stage vacuum concentrator.
Experimental procedure:
- After the flash extraction stage, the main components in the extract solution are hesperidin and excess methanol.
- Filter the extract solution.
- Perform liquid-liquid separation using a concentrator.
Experimental results: Through this experiment, the eriocitrin from sophora flower was successfully extracted, laying a foundation for further research on its medicinal value.
