The working principle of the Production-type high-speed extractor:
The extracted materials are fed into the feeding port, and the extraction solvent is added from the solvent pipeline. The temperature is adjusted to the required level. The extraction time is set in the intelligent control system (generally within ten minutes). Then, the controller is started, and the high-speed motor drives the knife head to start the extraction. When the extraction is completed within the set time, the flash extractor will automatically enter a low-speed stirring state. Open the liquid discharge valve, and the extract will be automatically discharged under the action of gravity. When the liquid level drops below the flash lift head, the flash lift system automatically shuts down. Continue to drain the liquid until it is completely discharged. Close the liquid discharge valve, start the heating system (using steam heating or electric heating), heat and dry the extract residue on the filter screen, and the evaporated solvent gas enters the solvent recovery system. Extraction completed.
